Teminon Nexus combines a clear, straight architecture with a high degree of prefabrication.
The long glazed side opens the space outward; the closed rear side carries services and storage. Whatever is needed inside is already built in when the module is set down.
The principle
Prefabricated.Delivered.Set in place on site.
A Nexus is not built on the construction site but in the hall. Structure, shell, glazing and the interior fit-out are prepared there.
What remains on site is setting it on the prepared foundation and connecting power, water and waste water.

Prepared in the factory
Structure, shell, windows and essential parts of the interior fit-out are built in the hall. Setting down and connection remain for the location.

Laid out for transport
One Work fills a 40-foot container; one Hub fills two.
- 03
Steel, insulated and glazed
3.0 mm galvanised steel as the structure, 100 mm glass wool as insulation, one long side in low-E glazing.

Foundation and installation
The manufacturer recommends a concrete foundation with chemical anchors. What a location requires is to be clarified before planning.

Which variant fits depends on access, ground conditions, connections and the planned duration of use.

The steel structure sits within the shell. Inside there is no load-bearing wall dictating the layout.

The same length in 2.20 and 4.51 m width — 26 or 52 m² on the same basic figure.
Connectable and stackable
Modules can be connected on all four sides and stacked up to three levels.

Teminon Nexus stands on a galvanised steel structure. Shell, insulation and glazing are matched to one another; surfaces and interior fit-out are defined project by project.
